Veterinary Receptionist - Newtown, PA

Indian Walk Veterinary Center, a progressive and welcoming multi-doctor small animal and exotic practice in Newtown, PA, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Our CSRs are the heart of our client experience—supporting pet parents with compassion, professionalism, and a friendly smile, while helping our medical team deliver top-quality veterinary care.

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service experience (veterinary experience is a plus) and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, polite, and professional
• Reliable and flexible
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to multi-task with ease
• Eager to learn and grow
• Experienced in cash handling
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
• Excellent with communication—both written and verbal
