What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm, friendly attitude
- Manage appointments and coordinate schedules
- Answer phones and assist with client inquiries
- Handle records, payments, and office tasks
- Be a compassionate, helpful resource for pet owners
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Experience in a veterinary or medical office preferred
- Comfort with computers and scheduling software
- A genuine love for animals and people
