We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team.
Our veterinary receptionists are integral to our daily operations by:
- Warmly and professionally greeting clients and their pets
- Answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient and client records
- Processing invoices, payments, and client communications
- Working closely with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
Successful candidates will have:
- A love for animals and helping people
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A calm, professional demeanor under pressure
- Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office is preferred
