What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming clients (both two- and four-legged!) with warmth and professionalism
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating daily flow
• Answering phones like a pro and staying cool during the occasional chaos
• Managing records, processing payments, and supporting our clinical team with a smile
