Veterinary Receptionist - Rockville, MD

Be the friendly voice and welcoming face of Kenhaven Animal Hospital.  We’re seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced, pet-loving environment. 

What we’re looking for:  

• A genuine animal lover with a warm, upbeat demeanor 

• A motivated, quick learning team player 

• Strong communication and multitasking skills 

• Dependability and a positive attitude, even during busy times 

• An organizational mindset and attention to detail 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Greeting clients and checking in clients 

• Answering calls and scheduling appointments 

• Managing client info and basic office tasks 

• Processing payments and managing basic paperwork 

• Ensuring each client/pet feels welcomed and cared for 

No prior veterinary experience is required, but previous customer service experience and a love for animals are a huge plus!
