About the Role:

 

Receptionists at Auburn Animal Hospital are the first point of contact for our clients. The job can be fast-paced and sometimes challenging, but it is also deeply rewarding. You will be supporting pets and their people during both routine visits and critical moments.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Managing phone calls and appointment scheduling
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Communicating effectively with the medical team

We would love to meet you if:

  • You have prior experience in customer service (veterinary experience is a big plus!)
  • You are calm under pressure and able to multitask
  • You are dependable, detail-oriented, and a great communicator
  • You enjoy working in a team and are open to learning
