We’re looking for a Lead Client Services Representative to be the friendly, organized, and compassionate first point of contact for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Lead CSR, you’ll be the face (and voice!) of Rand Road Animal Hospital. You’ll:
- Welcome clients in person, by phone, and via email with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage our appointment book
- Check clients in and out, process payments, and help balance our daily totals
- Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
