Who we are

Do you love animals and enjoy helping people? We’re looking for a compassionate, organized, and reliable Client Service Coordinator to join our friendly team at The Animal Hospital at West Ridge! As the first face our clients see, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for both pets and their owners.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and pets with a smile – in person and on the phone
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payments
  • Answer client questions with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks

 

 What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with multitasking
  • Prior experience in a veterinary or medical office setting preferred, but not required
  • Passion for animals and a team-player attitude
  • Proficient with computers and able to learn clinic software quickly

Schedule: Part-Time – Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 8:00am- 5:30pm
