Who we are

Lockridge Animal Hospital is ready to hire an outgoing, friendly, proactive, and energetic veterinary receptionist to join our fantastic team. We are a 5-doctor general practice providing superb medical care to the small animals we service and outstanding client service to their families. This full-time position includes Saturdays and one or two evening shifts, and offering exceptional benefits, including:

This position is responsible for greeting clients, managing multiple phone lines, processing payments, scheduling and reminding appointments, ensuring the reception and waiting areas of the hospital remain clean and presentable at all times, and other client service tasks.

 

We are looking for someone with a positive, “can-do” attitude, exceptional phone communication ability, and a terrific work ethic. Most importantly, candidates must be team players who thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Priority will be given to candidates with experience working in a veterinary hospital.
