Veterinary Hospital Manager - El Cerrito, CA

We are seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager to join our team at El Cerrito Veterinary Care. We are a modern, full-service GP hospital dedicated to delivering top-notch medical, dental, surgical, and diagnostic care to pets across the East Bay, including El Cerrito, Berkeley, Oakland, and more. Led by Dr. Tara Fernandez, our team is committed to providing exceptional care in a supportive, collaborative environment with experienced support staff and strong leadership

Responsibilities of Veterinary Hospital Manager include but are not limited to: operational oversight of our hospital including leadership team of technicians and receptionists managing financial and business development of the practice including managing a budget and key performance indicators overseeing client care ensure client loyalty by demonstrating exceptional client service.

We are looking for candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner, excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, presentation skills, and a grasp of and daily management of revenues, inventory and payroll.

This is a Full-Time position, (40 hours per week) with an hourly pay range of $30.00 (Min) - $36.00 (Max). Pay will be determined based on previous experience, skill set, and practice type.
