Pet Care Attendant Supervisor

Bradford Hills Pet Hotel and Grooming Salon is looking for a Pet Care Attendant Supervisor!

Our Pet Care Attendant Supervisor will play an integral role in bringing comfort to our patients as well as ensuring proper organization and cleanliness of our pet hotel. Knowledge of routine animal care, writing SOPs, and people management are some of the skills we are looking for. If you are organized, quick on your feet, and have a love for caring for animals, then a Pet Care Attendant Supervisor position at Bradford Hills may be the position for you!

Other responsibilities of a Pet Care Attendant Supervisor include:

• Observing animal behavior/health conditions and reporting changes to the technicians or doctors
• Keeping accurate records and logs
• Serving as a lead point of contact for team members, appropriately addressing concerns, and creatively solving problems
• Assisting in scheduling and rolling out SOPs and Protocols
• Addressing client concerns
• Ability to uphold a positive and uplifting attitude
