What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the welcoming face and voice of our hospital
- Greet clients and patients with kindness and professionalism
- Schedule appointments, manage phone calls, and process payments
- Ensure accurate client and patient recordkeeping
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and doctors to support hospital operations
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and client-friendly environment
What We're Looking For:
- A team player who enjoys working with people and animals
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
- Previous veterinary or medical office experience is helpful but not required
- A desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within the veterinary field
