County Line Animal Hospital, in Ontario, NY, has been serving the community for over 30 years. We are looking for a Hospital Manager to guide our dedicated team and help elevate the exceptional care we provide to pets and their families.

About the Role

As our Hospital Manager, you’ll be a vital leader responsible for the daily operations and long-term success of the hospital. You’ll work side-by-side with the medical team to support a positive workplace culture, drive operational efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of patient and client care.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of veterinary technicians and support staff

• Build and maintain a culture of accountability, respect, and collaboration

• Oversee budgets, payroll, inventory, scheduling, and performance metrics

• Partner with the medical director and regional leadership to meet hospital goals

• Create an outstanding client experience with a focus on compassion and service excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in veterinary or healthcare practice management

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

• Financial acumen including budgeting, inventory, and payroll oversight

• A passion for animals and a commitment to building a supportive team culture

• LVT/CVT preferred but not required
