Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and their furry family members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine love for animals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and pets warmly
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
• Communicate clearly with veterinary staff and clients
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Handle administrative tasks such as email, filing, and data entry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable with computers
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle emotional situations with empathy
• Passion for animal care and client service
