What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet clients and their pets with professionalism and compassion
- Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage reminders and follow-ups
- Answer phones and respond to emails with efficiency and empathy
- Process payments, maintain accurate patient records, and assist with check-in/check-out
- Provide support to clients and coworkers in a positive, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy setting
- Prior experience in veterinary or medical reception is a plus, but not required
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a true love for animals
