What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
- Efficiently manage phone lines, emails, scheduling, and appointment confirmations
- Check-in/out patients, update records, and collect payments/invoices
- Communicate between clients and medical team—especially in urgent situations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with inventory, restocking, filing, and light administrative duties
You’re a Great Fit If You Have
- 1+ years of veterinary receptionist or similar customer-service experience
- Strong communication skills—both in-person and phone
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with empathy and calm
- Detail-oriented mindset, comfortable with basic software/scheduling tools
- A love of animals and a passion for compassionate client care
Bonus Experience
- Familiarity with veterinary software (e.g., AVImark)
- Certification in veterinary reception or client services
