Position: Receptionist, Front Desk
Location: Lady Lake, FL
Job Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phone calls, emails, and manage appointment bookings
- Maintain accurate records for pet check-ins/check-outs
- Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks
- Support our team in providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfort around dogs and cats of all sizes
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience in a kennel, vet clinic, or pet-related field is a plus—but not required!
