Veterinary Receptionist  

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 / hour 

Full-time, four-day workweeks. Weekends required

The importance of our veterinary receptionists cannot be overemphasized. In addition to providing the first and last impression of our practice to all visitors, our veterinary receptionists:  

  • Answers the phone, differentiates between routine and emergency cases, schedules appointments, greets clients, admits and checks out patients, processes payments, manages financial information, and communicates information between clients and staff. 
  • Create a warm and welcoming impression, remaining professional and courteous while handling multiple tasks with many interruptions. 
  • Believe in the quality of care provided and communicate this sense of assurance to clients. They understand our services and recommendations and clearly communicate them to clients 
  • Empathize with clients and remain compassionate and well-mannered in the face of emergency situations.
