We are seeking a proactive and analytical Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to strengthen the connection between Finance and Operations, develop KPI-driven insights, and lead enhancements to our NetSuite platform to support robust financial planning and reporting. This role will play a key part in building out our FP&A capabilities, enabling data-driven decision-making, and improving the accuracy and speed of our financial insights.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to partner effectively with operational leaders to translate business drivers into actionable financial outcomes. Fully remote position - work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen Finance–Operations Partnerships – Collaborate closely with operational leadership to identify and monitor key business drivers, aligning financial forecasts and budgets with operational realities.
- Develop KPI Frameworks – Define, track, and analyze operational and financial KPIs, ensuring they connect directly to performance improvement initiatives.
- Enhance Planning & Reporting Tools – Lead the development and optimization of NetSuite financial reporting, dashboards, and budgeting capabilities to support timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
- Support Forecasting & Budgeting – Partner with business unit leaders to prepare driver-based forecasts, identify risks/opportunities, and ensure assumptions are grounded in operational performance.
- Drive Process Improvements – Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve data integrity, shorten reporting cycles, and increase efficiency in planning activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably with exposure to both FP&A and operational finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven track record of building KPI reporting frameworks and integrating operational metrics into financial models.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively across functions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
