Veterinary Receptionist - Magnolia, TX

Bear Branch Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join our growing team! We are expanding and will soon be a 5-doctor practice. Our hospital values dedication to patient care and a healthy work-life balance, and we are looking for someone who shares those priorities.

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service to ensure both pets and their families feel cared for.

What we’re looking for:

• Afternoon and early evening availability is strongly preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or veterinary reception preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Compassion for pets and their owners
• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
