Role:  CSR/Receptionist

Status:  Full or part-time

Salary:  $20.00 - $25.00 based on experience

Schedule: Flexible with rotating Saturdays

 

 

Willard Veterinary Clinic is looking for a friendly, caring, and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our busy 7-doctor team. If you love helping people and their pets and enjoy being part of a supportive, fast-paced clinic, we’d love to meet you!

 

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll set the tone for a great experience—creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment from the moment they reach out.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Delight our clients: Greet pets and people warmly, listen with empathy, and go the extra mile to help.
  • Be the face of the clinic: Build positive, lasting relationships with clients and their pets.
  • Keep things moving: Support teammates, stay organized, and help the day run smoothly.
  • Communicate clearly: Ensure information flows accurately between clients, doctors, and staff.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction
    • Welcome clients and patients and make them feel at home.
    • Offer compassionate support during stressful moments.
    • Maintain professionalism and kindness—even when it’s busy.
  • Communication
    • Answer and triage phone calls, routing with appropriate urgency.
    • Share clear, accurate updates with clients and the medical team.
    • Handle verbal and written communications with care and attention.
  • Administrative & Operational
    • Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately.
    • Check clients in and out and process payments securely.
    • Maintain up-to-date medical records and client files with confidentiality.
  • Clinic Support
    • Help manage lobby flow and keep the day on track.
    • Balance hospitality with operational awareness so the team (and clients) have a smooth experience.
