Pay Range: Expected pay is $15-20 per hour, with potential for more based on experience and availability.

Your Role:

As a Part-Time Client Care Specialist at East Towne Veterinary Clinic, you will be our clinic's welcoming face and voice. Your responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients and their furry companions with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Handling phone calls and scheduling appointments with precision.
  • Managing client records and assisting in paperwork.
  • Educating clients on our services and helping them understand their pets' needs.
  • Collaborating closely with our veterinary team to ensure seamless care.

Schedule:

Our clinic offers a structured part-time schedule designed to support work-life balance. The position is scheduled for three set days each week—Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—from 7:50 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. This results in a weekly total of approximately 25.5 to 30 hours. 

Occasional Saturday shifts (about once per month) will also be required, but only after training is complete. Saturday hours run from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Ideally, we are also seeking someone who could provide occasional coverage on Mondays or Fridays when team members are out for vacation, illness, or other absences.
