What You’ll Do
- Create five-star first impressions: greet clients, guide check-ins, and keep everyone comfortable.
- Own the front desk: answer phones with polish, schedule appointments, triage inquiries, process payments.
- Prep for visits: pull records, complete/collect forms, estimates, consents, and payment agreements.
- Keep things moving: notify doctors/technicians of arrivals and support a smooth visit flow.
- Be steady in a pinch: follow emergency protocols and reassure worried pet parents.
- Open/close the practice and help keep lobby, restrooms, and exam areas tidy and welcoming.
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year of relevant experience (veterinary/medical office or customer service a plus).
- Clear, compassionate communication—verbal, written, and over the phone.
- Strong organization and multitasking; accurate note-taking and record handling.
- Comfort with computers and practice software (quick learner).
- A team-first mindset, professionalism, tact, and discretion.
