Previous experience in a veterinary setting is preferable

Job Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide excellent patient and customer care throughout the practice workflow.
  • Communicate with clients in a professional manner.
  • Making appointments, reminders, and performing general reception tasks.
  • Care for cats, dogs, and exotics- such as birds, reptiles, and pocket pets.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Intake patients and follow treatment protocols.
  • Use a client-centered and friendly approach so clients feel comfortable sharing their pet care needs.
  • Explain pertinent pet care information to clients.
