Veterinary Receptionist

Colleyville Animal Clinic, an established AHAA-accredited veterinary clinic, is seeking an upbeat, energetic person to join our team as a full-time receptionist. We have wonderful clients, great doctors, and a fantastic staff team in a comfortable environment. We practice high-quality medicine, providing the best care possible for our clients and patients.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate client focus and satisfaction, as well as compassion and care for animals, in a fast-paced environment. Must communicate well with clients and co-workers and handle stressful situations with poise and confidence. Previous veterinary experience preferred.

Business hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 am-6:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am-12:00 pm. Two Saturday shifts per month are required.

General duties include:

• Welcoming clients and patients
• Utilizing Cornerstone Veterinary Software
• Scheduling; checking patients in and out for appointments, surgeries, and boarding
• Efficiently managing multiple phone calls and messages
• Accepting payment for services
• Performing end-of-day procedures
