Who we are

Auburn Animal Center is looking to hire a full-time receptionist. We are a busy one doctor practice that sees small animals. Applicants must have a positive attitude, excellent communication and multi-tasking skills and computer proficiency. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience working in a veterinary hospital but we are willing to train the right person. This position is 4 ten-hour shifts, no nights or weekends.

 

Our veterinary receptionist responsibilities include:

  • Providing an exceptional client experience
  • Managing multiple phone lines
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Processing payments, discussing payment options
  • Making sure reception is cleanExperience with Avimark is preferred but not required.
