About Us:
Under the guidance of our Chief of Staff, Dr. Paula Dvorchak, we are focused on empathetic leadership, team well-being, and exceptional patient care. Our clinic is equipped with advanced diagnostics—including digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house lab capabilities—providing high-quality care to pets across the San Diego region.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, client service, staff coordination, and workflow optimization

• Partner with leadership to implement policies, financial goals, and long-term strategy

• Lead, coach, and support staff to build a collaborative, growth-oriented culture

• Manage finances: budgets, inventory, payroll, and KPIs

• Ensure exceptional client service and patient care

What We’re Looking For:

• Veterinary or medical practice management experience preferred

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and able to multitask effectively

• Comfortable with financial and HR responsibilities

• Passion for animals and commitment to team and client satisfaction

Salary & Benefits:

• $65,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience
