Be the friendly face that keeps our busy walk-in clinic running smoothly! We’re adding a full-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to our front desk team. If you’re organized, proactive, and love helping people and pets, you’ll feel right at home with us.

What You’ll Do
- Accounts receivable/payable and managing accounts
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Manage doctors’ schedules and assist doctors as needed
- Deliver standout client service in person and by phone every day
What Sets You Up for Success
- Exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and VERY detail-oriented
- Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Prior admin/reception or veterinary experience is a plus
Schedule
We’re a walk-in clinic open Mon–Fri 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. and Sat 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Expect energetic days and a steady flow of clients.
