Position Details

• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
• Schedule: Flexible Schedule - 3-4 day work week.

The CSR’s are valuable members of The Cat Doctor team, they provide quality communication and assistance to the cats of Portland and their owners. While having fun while doing it! All team members should love cats as much as we do! We are looking for an experienced receptionist that is confident in phone communication, email, and ideally veterinary software.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple phone lines
• Booking appointments
• Greeting clients
• Processing payments
• Ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients and all our patients
